Good location. The staff very nice.
The breakfast was boring. No coffee machine.
The shower leaked. No hanging space. No English on the tv at all. There was a fridge but it didn’t get cold. No complimentary water which we had in Santiago.

Location and cleanliness
Breakfast average, room hot, couldn’t get thermostat to work despite complaining to reception. Mattress very hard. $5 for a bottle of water!

Great location, lovely staff
Don’t stay here if you are expecting a ‘view’. Other than that, it’s great.

Nice big rooms. Well located.
I booked 2 rooms for 2 nights. The hotel sent me a welcome message a week before on Booking.com. When my flight was changed, I responded to the message saying we were coming one day later. We did not hear back. When we checked in we paid for 2 nights. After one night they said we had to pay for an extra night. We were really disappointed in their response.
