Can't beat the location on Carlos Pellegrini (basically Av. 9 Julio as there are no buildings on Av. 9 Julio) and really close to downtown activities and to AEP airport. Large spacious and welcoming 24-hr reception with friendly staff. Room was small and basic, as expected - we had window views overlooking Av. 9 Julio which does add to some noise but it wasn't an issue for us. Took a while to figure out how to close the external window shutters! Free wifi, reasonable storage space for hanging clothes as well as closet drawers and an in-room safe. There was a small bar fridge (probably seen better days but functional). Over-bath shower was practical (water stream could be a bit more powerful) and there was a toilet and bidet. We only needed to stay for one night before heading to the airport early the next morning, and this hotel more than suited our needs for this purpose. (Didn't try breakfast as we needed to leave by 5am!)
Bathroom needed some plumbing work - water leaked on the floor every time we flushed the toilet. Beds a bit too soft for our liking. Room decor and paint work was dated and in need of refreshing.

It is well located for quick easy access to the aeroparque which was suitable for our needs.
The shower pressure was poor and the bathroom required some basic maintenance.
