The setting is gorgeous!!! The pool was sublime with cliffs on one side and the sea with views of Mt Vesuvius on other! Property is very nice and well maintained. The beach was beautiful and swimming in the warm, salty water a dream!
Our suite was very comfortable and again, the view, incredible! Sunrise and sunsets were gorgeous!
The food options felt small after 3 days, and we stayed a week. Menu is not broad…nightly specials and different breakfast options would help. Also, the loungers that were shown on the website for terrace suite rooms were not there. That was part of the reason I booked that room so was disappointed by that. It would have been nice to take a nap on the terrace in the beautiful breezes!

Because of its location, somewhere to get a nice coffee in the daytime would be good.

Functions almost like a resort, with private beach, bar, and restaurant. Lovely rooms. Friendly helpful reception staff. She helped me schedule a shuttle bus to the train station. The food was good for both dinner and breakfast.
The beach is rocky, with smaller swimming nooks arranged out of the big rocks. Not my favorite, but still nice. Transportation is limited a bit and taxis are seriously expensive, so the shuttle to the train is a good idea.

The pool and view were nice but let down by reception staff and manager!
The reception staff in particular the reception manager are very unhelpful and rude. I asked to change a date due to my father being taken seriously ill in hospital. Booking.com agreed to the change but the hotel would not. They couldn’t even give a good reason why and were very rude on reception and unsympathetic. The reception manager slammed her door and was unwilling to speak to me leaving her young stuff to deal with the situation! Very poor.
