Good Value traditional style hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Free transport to to sister hotel’s restaurant with transfer service from Rome airport and also to nearby cruise port.

The rooms were nice, fairly large and quiet. The airport pick up was fantastic and cheaper than others. The shuttle to the cruise port was super convenient. The hotel is close to cruise port and walking distance to the waterfront which was also quite lovely. The staff responses were very efficient.
Although we reserved our time for breakfast, we had to wait a significant amount of time, and by the time we were seated and went to the buffet some of the choices were no longer available.

The management and staff was extremely accommodating to our needs and was willing to assist at all ends. The management provided recommendations for dining and tour activities.

Beautiful old interiors, woodwork, and space. Multiple beds, available kitchenette, breakfast was available in hotel with stay. Shuttle from airport to hotel and hotel to port was available at a price. Front desk person was very helpful. Close to port. Grocery store and pizza places walking distance.
Hotel beds were very very hard I had to sleep on the couch. Toilet seat was very loose. Limited restaurants available within close walking distance. Breakfast food was average.
