Fiorella was extremely helpful. From the excellent directions and pictures to help us find the property, to meeting us there upon our arrival. The explanations of the property amenities and recommendations of local restaurants, right through to showing us on a map the easiest way to get to the port, she was a joy! Friendly and so helpful.
We would not hesitate in recommending Vicolo to anybody planning a stay in Civitavecchia.
The property is centrally placed for all local amenities. Excellent!!

Very clean room. Located in a safe, walkable location. Close to shops and restaurants. We could walk to the cruise ship port from our room.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Vicolo! From the very moment we checked in, Fiorella went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. She stayed in constant communication, ensuring we had all the information we needed from transportation tips to great recommendations on what to do.
She even had our room ready and waited for our arrival, which made such a difference after traveling. Her kindness, attention to detail, and genuinely warm personality made our one-day stay truly unforgettable. She is a huge asset to the hotel!
The place itself is beautiful super clean, comfortable, and well-kept, but what really stood out was Fiorella’s exceptional service.
We’re already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our 1 night stay ahead of joining a cruise. The location was great being halfway between the railway station and the cruise shuttle bus station. It was near the restaurants, supermarket, and seafront. Fiorella met us at the room which was very nice, had a great shower, and air conditioning which we needed. There was a handy lift just big enough for 2 people with luggage which we really appreciated. There was a very nice basket of breakfast treats in the room and 2 bottles of water which were very welcome. We would happily stay here again and recommend it to others.
