The location to the cruise port, restaurants, and supermarket is great. It is super close to the free cruise shuttle, which brings you to the second cruise shuttle location. The elevator is big and convenient, with no stairs.
The hosts are very friendly. We arrived from our ferry at 11 a.m. and were allowed to drop off our luggage until 3 p.m., when the room was ready for occupancy.
This apartment has two rooms/units and a shared living and dining room, kitchen, and balcony. The rooms each have a unique code, as does the bathroom.
We booked the twin-bed room and were assigned the Michelangelo room, which has dark brown, somewhat outdated furniture. The room and beds were okay and basically equipped, with a small TV on the wall, a wardrobe, desk, and chair — but no attached bathroom. I am not sure if the second room (Donatella) comes with its own bathroom.
The Michelangelo bathroom, located down the hallway, has a bathtub, washer, and one hand towel and one bath towel. You will find a drying rack on the balcony, which overlooks the courtyard.
The kitchen is well-equipped, and the fridge was a standard size. The Nespresso coffee maker is a nice touch, and you can get the coffee pods at the supermarket. It was quiet at night.
Great for one night; for a longer stay, I would book the entire place.
Read the description carefully. I wasn't aware that this property has two units and that the kitchen and other common areas are shared. Our room had no attached bathroom. I must have misread the description.
The bathroom is down the hall. It was very uncomfortable for me to quietly pass by the other room to get to our bathroom, especially at night, while turning the light on and off and entering a code every time. You also need a code to get into your room.
No bathrobes were provided as listed, so I had to put on my glasses and get dressed to go to the bathroom at night.
We cleaned up the kitchen and put everything away, polished the sink, etc. Our "neighbor," however, used the cups and dishes and left everything dirty in the sink, with splashes all over.
The green and dark blue bed blankets smelled a bit funky. They may have needed to be washed or, better yet, replaced with a lighter, neutral color to give the room a more updated and welcoming look.

Location was very good. It was quiet and clean. It was a house/apartment with a shared kitchen and a small lounge area but the bedrooms were separate and private. I was not there long enough to need to use the shared areas and I did not hear other guests. The code I was provided with to get into the room was not correct and I could not open the door, however communication was prompt when I messaged and the correct code was then given. The power plugs were not the same as every other power plug I had encountered in Europe (I think the pins were a different size) and my converter did not fit which was a surprise and would have made it difficult to charge my phone. However, fortunately there were touch bedside lamps which had USB ports on them which solved my problem, I was grateful for those.

The location is excellent. We could find breakfast and evening meals within a short walk. Taxi supplied from the airport and to cruise port at very advantageous prices. The building was historic and the rooms modern with retained features.
Prefer an en suite but the separate bathroom is private and coded for your use only.
