The location was perfect. It is a 10 to 15 min walk from the train station and a 10 to 15 min walk to the cruise port. It is also very close to the Civitavecchia promenade where many great restaurants are located. We found this accommodation easy to find using Google maps. The room and bathroom were both very clean and bright. The shared common area was also clean and bright. The accommodation looks exactly like it does on the website photos. The host was helpful and easy to connect with on WhatsApp.
The breakfast included: milk, yogurt, coffee/tea, water and breads/croissants which were individually wrapped. This was sufficient for our needs. There is a McDonald’s just around the corner.

bed comfy, wifi was good, aircon available, came to clean the room
there was no safe so we had to put everything in the bathroom and lock the bathroom when we left, we didn’t realise that this B&B was just two rooms, the breakfast wasn’t a breakfast, it was just packaged foods that look like it had been left there all week, the Aircon was okay but it wasn’t that strong, there was hers in the bed and some hers in the bathroom shower, the walls looked like it needed a good paint, never experienced a bed and breakfast like this, I wouldn’t really call it a bed and breakfast. Most of all the stairs up to the left, we had to throw our cases up the stairs, as well as this the location was a little bit rough, compared to the room the apartment block itself was really rundown and a little bit rough, overall it’s good for a one night stay but I wouldn’t call a bed and breakfast as the breakfast was just packaged foods that look like it had been there for quite awhile also the second night we stayed there was a generator not every 10 minutes where it sounded like a generator was kicking in, the first night it was completely silent but the next night the generator kept kicking in and going every 10 minutes. We would stay again but only for one night.
