Great location. A little hard to find.
We had a little trouble with the key pad door took several attempts to get it to unlock.

Clean, spacious and easy to find- located halfway between train station and the pickup place for the cruise port! Very walkable even with my bad knees. The bed is suuuper soft, and it took me a minute to figure the shower out- lol- but no issues whatsoever. There are severa bars, coffee shops and restaurants all around this location which was excellent for my overnight stay here.
It is self check in/out so read the directions. Also remember in Italy first floor is one floor up, so use the elevator and you will not be confused. I had zero issues. Very pleasant stay.

Nice bright room with comfortable bed and nice bathroom
Challenging directions. Would have been easier if it said take elevator to 1st floor. We assumed we were on first floor when we entered.
Coffee maker is difficult to use and we were left just paper shot glasses for it. Other reviews mentioned fruit and yogurt in fridge. We didn’t have that and just a croissant I wouldn’t consider to be “breakfast included”

Nothing
Never met anyone no one to help. It is soooo tiny
Breakfast is a joke. Wouldn’t give it to our dog. Couldn’t wait to get away. The reviews were obviously written by the owner
