Figuring out how to use the key card was a little challenging and not early check in.

This should not be considered a B&B. It was more like a boarding house and definitely not a suite. We do not consider leaving 2 croissants in the hallway with no napkins or silverware, and us trying to make our own coffee (which we could not as the machine was not working properly) a suitable breakfast. One chair in the room for 2 people to lean over a counter is not what a B&B is.
The service was minimal and the hostess was not available until late afternoon of the next day to fix the coffee machine. She communicated through What's App and did not like us asking for service. She had an attitude and in fact wrote "I know how to do my job. Everything works and This is not a hotel." When in fact she had to call in her husband to help fix the coffee machine.
