The key situation is not confusing as another review stated, it is just not standard for the US to have these kinds of locking systems where you have to use a key to physically open the door instead of unlocking a handle. But that should not deter someone from staying here, after we did it once it was fine.
The room was kept very nicely and we felt we had the perfect amount of space. We walked from the train station and to the cruise terminal. It did feel a little out of place walking with our suitcases from the train station so I would have maybe preferred to plan transportation from there to the room but it worked just fine not a long walk.

Overall the communication/ instructions and room was very good.
Easy check in once the information arrived through my email.
The room was spacious and very clean. The bed was comfortable and had everything you would need.
I would book again in the future and well recommend.
I couldn’t give 5 star on the cleanliness as when I stepped outside on the balcony it had not been cleaned and allot of bird crap.
