No pool or gym, but a loaded fridge with goodies and breakfast snacks/coffee. Staff were friendly English speaker. Extremely helpful with local info. Super clean room. We love it!! Grazie Mille!!!

Very nice place to stay. Enjoyed the location too. Close to restaurants and bancomat for euros.

Incredibly clean room with a tremendous location close to the port. Francesco helped arrange transportation from FCO and accommodated an early check in. The room, wifi, and breakfast were are great. They even had transportation to the cruise port for a small fee. I highly recommend staying here!
