Our stay with Francesco in Civitavecchia was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end.
We have visited Civitavecchia many times over the years and have enjoyed many wonderful hotels, restaurants, and experiences throughout the city. Because of that, we can honestly say that this stay was especially memorable. Francesco’s kindness, generosity, and genuine hospitality made a lasting impression on us.
From the moment we arrived, communication was excellent. Francesco was welcoming, attentive, and truly cared about ensuring that we had a wonderful experience. His thoughtfulness and warmth made us feel not just like guests, but like friends.
The location could not have been better, particularly for anyone traveling before or after a cruise. Everything was convenient and easy to reach, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy the area. We loved the incredible food, the joyful and welcoming people, and the ease of getting around. The value for money was exceptional, and several of our favorite dining establishments were just steps away.
Civitavecchia has so much to offer and is often overlooked as simply a cruise port. In reality, it is a delightful destination with excellent restaurants, beautiful scenery, and a wonderful atmosphere all its own.

Close to port and train station. Snacks are provided in the room. Francesco was very helpful.

Amazingly clean. Very friendly and warm staff who accommodated a late arrival. The room was extremely comfortable. We will happily return to stay again.
