The location was great. It wasn't too far from the train station and it's very close to the beach. At the time of my stay, it was still possible to go to the beach for free. The air conditioning worked perfectly. It's a great stay for a day trip to San Marino.
The shower is a bit tiny for larger people, but it was fine for me.

Room was very comfortable and very clean. Staff were every helpful and friendly!
The shower faucet can be maintained better as some holes are blocked and the jets of water are too fast.
The lights in the room can be a bit brighter as well.

Well located in Rimini
The shutters were very loose and flapped in the wind. This was an issue as there was storm the evening we stayed there and the shutters broke in the wind.
NB there are steps into the hotel with no lift or ramp.
