The location was awesome, the staff was kind. I didn't have big expectations for the breakfast as it was saying "Continental Breakfast" but it was quite nice. The room was big enough and it was clean.
The room facilities were complete failure!
1. The room safe wasn't working, I told the staff about it and they didn't fix it. I needed to leave my valuables to reception's safe box before I leave for beach everyday.
2. The mini fridge wasn't working. I stayed 6 days in the hotel and told everyday about the fridge. Every single day the staff pretended like they are hearing it for the first time and they promised to fix it every single day. They never did.
3. The shower wall rails didn't work. I needed to keep it open while showering because it was waiting for one last touch to break.
A message to the hotel especially for my first 2 points, do not put the facilities in room descriptions if they are not working. This is not okay! You are getting the payment for the description you are giving.
