Estuvimos solo una noche y la experiencia fue muy buena. Las instalaciones estaban muy limpias, pero lo que más destacamos es la excelente ubicación. Además, como viajábamos en auto, fue muy cómodo poder estacionar dentro del mismo hotel. Personal cálido y un desayuno que por 10 E está bien

The property was very comfortable and clean. The location was very close to the train station to Venice Island. Only stayed one night and was very happy with the accommodation. Bed was very comfy.
Breakfast was good.

Posizione ideale per raggiungere in treno Venezia, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione.
Tassa di soggiorno esclusa dal prezzo booking da pagare in loco. Parcheggio escluso da pagare il loco (12€). Non abbiamo preso la colazione.
Ci hanno messo in camere distanti, eravamo in 6, due adulti e 4 bambini ma non è stato per niente un problema. L'ascensore non funzionava benissimo.

Het personeel is bijzonder vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt is passend bij de klasse en prijsstelling bij dit hotel er is meer dan voldoende keuze. Het hotel beschrijft zich op de site en bij Booking zoals het is: verwacht geen luxe want dat beloven ze ook niet. Gewoon een goed bed, voldoende kastruimte etc., een nette badkamer (maar met een verbeterpuntje...). Parkeren op eigen terrein is prima geregeld en de de auto laat je verder staan want: het grootste pluspunt van dit hotel is de locatie vlakbij het station Mestre. In minder dan 5 minuten loop je naar het station en 10 minuten later sta je in hartje Venetië (met de bus in 15 minuten). Ook een bezoek van Padua of Treviso met de trein is prima te doen.
In de badkamer was het planchet onder de spiegel niet meer aanwezig (de bevestigingspunten nog wel...). Het raam was zijn oorspronkelijke kiep-klap handel kwijt die provisorisch was gerepareerd met alleen een sluiting waardoor het raam altijd los stond te wapperen. Het hotel is best wel gehorig: als iemand in een kamer naast, boven of onder je een stoel schuift over de stenen vloer dan geeft dat flinke geluidsoverlast. Evenals de föhn in de badkamer: als iemand die gebruikt lijkt het alsof ze bij jou in de badkamer staan te föhnen! In de badkamer kun je de gesprekken van de buren ook horen......Dus als je daar niet tegen kunt dan is dit wel een belangrijke tip.
