The hotel is in a great location, only steps from Il Mercato Centrale, about a six minute walk to the Accademia, three minutes to the Basilica di San Lorenzo and Medici Chapel, and an easy 10 minute walk to the train station. The hotel itself was exceptionally clean, very comfortable, a great value for the central location, and the staff and owner are absolutely wonderful.

Close walk from the metro, close to some good restaurants, overall very convenient location.
Staff are very friendly and very accommodating with luggage storage (even letting us into the room slightly earlier!)
Only minor downside, no elevator. Being on the second floor and having some big luggage it was a challenge to walk up that many stairs. We knew this prior to booking so no issues however it is worth noting!
Also slight visible gap between the room and bathroom door. Partner is big on privacy so didn’t like that you might be able to see in.

Location was great. Staff was extremely helpful.
Carrying my luggage up two flights of stars to get to the hotel. LOL.
