Central location to train station and main attractions. Easy to correspond with and accommodating in regards to luggage both pre and post booking. Would happily stay here again.

The staff was excellent, very attentive and helpful. They were so nice. The room was very clean.
On the listing it says airport shuttle. But that’s not the case. The train station is very near and easily accessible goes directly to and from the airport. But I didn’t know that and I thought there would be a shuttle.

Hotel has a good location, near Roma Termini station and near Nazionale-Torino bus station. The rooms and overall cleanliness was generally good. The staff also did their job well, especially Ferdinando. He was really helpful and so friendly. This is the main reason why I am not giving it lower rating.
The sound insulation is extremely bad. Especially if you're staying on the first floor. The street noise is unbearable. Coming from the cleaning trolleys, traffic, and people walking on the street. The internal sound proofing is extremely bad. You can hear almost everything from neighboring rooms. The hotel is not suitable for light sleepers. I would strongly advise to avoid breakfast option because the food and drinks selection is very limited and honestly pretty disappointing. You’ll find much better (and cheaper) options nearby — even McDonald’s that's 5 min away is a better choice. The hotel feels extremely small overall — from the reception and elevator to the hallways and rooms. Everything feels cramped, and the place is badly in need of renovation, especially the second floor.
