Location and beautiful sea view and proximity to the beach.
We asked about spa / Jacuzzi. Receptionist didn’t even know if there was one. She sent us to wellness centre. We went down, asked if it’s available for use to hotel guests, spa lady said yes it is. We went up so to get changed, came down and only then we were informed that there was additional fee.
At restaurant the waitress wasn’t Polish and so there was a little bit of a language barrier. She poured our bottle beer at the bar and brought only the glasses when we wanted to see the bottles as we ordered local beer made just for the hotel. We were given vouchers for deserts which we forgot about and this would not have been mentioned if we didn’t ask about deserts we saw on other tables as these weren’t on the menu. We said we were interested in potentially having one of those but haven’t ordered it yet as we wanted to have a think - next thing we know the desert arrived.
The food wasn’t great, too much spice in the salad and on the baked potatoes, the fish on another hand totally bland and tasteless. The chef seems to recycled the same salad and different variety of potatoes with every main course - poor choice of menu, average meals, little choice and a so so service at the restaurant. We had very old ripped towels in our room which wasn’t great.
