Perfect place! The staff was unbelievable nice and helpful, room is great, beds are comfortable, air com works super well, toilet is big and shower is great! Breakfast is amazing! Location is perfect for people travelling without a car as you can easily get around by foot. Totally recommend it!

Staff was very helpful and went beyond to print Airline tickets, site info and more.
Rooms were noisy. A group of young boys were roomed. They banged on walls, jumped off beds, used a bird whistle, yelling in rooms and hallways until 12:30-1:00a.m....very annoying and didn't get much sleep.
Maids and guests moved beds on tile floors. The sound was loud and kept me awake. Doors on rooms were very heavy and made loud noises when in/out.

They are prepared with a lot of options for tours and gluten free breakfast, even tho quality of gluten free products is not the best.
They provide you with a towel and change it everyday.
I got the top bed and the stairs was beside the pillow of the person sleeping down, and plus, it was in a verry narrow space in between the bed and the closet. Very hard to climb up...
