The location was perfect just at the end of the main strip, quiet and just a minute walk to the action.
Staff were lovely and room was clean with a small balcony.
Room was a little small but it suited us.

Close proximity to main promenade of Sorrento lovely balcony. Good air con. Easy access via lift down to port and onwards to various destinations and easy walk to train station either for Pompei etc or picking up Coach to Naples Airport.
On the last day the air con became a bit overworked and started dripping copious amounts of water! It was fine we just moved our bags from its proximity. It was extremely warm so like all of us probably felt under pressure!

Room was way too small never see the manager once you check in. The cleaning staff was great.
