Fantastic location on the main street - Curso Italia - you can select when to walk downhill - knowing you will be coming back up. Room was small but efficient - very good bathroom & daily maid service! Rossano the manager was excellent & most helpful with tips, directions & help with a taxi morning of potential rail strike! Nice to be staying somewhere with very personable & attentive management!
A bit on small side but you are not in your room much in Sorrento!

The location was great but unfortunate that the park/courtyard in front is shut down. We weren’t made aware of this.
Could use some updates and better cleaning. You can tell it’s an old room that would benefit from a refresh

The location was great — close to the main street yet still quiet. The staff were very friendly, and the room was clean. It’s not a large room, but it has everything you need. I will definitely return.

Location is central being at the top of the old market. It's a 20 minute easy walk to the station (despite was Google maps says!). The room was clean and serviced daily. Cafe downstairs does breakfast from 7.30 and there's a convenience store below too. Help was generally available if needed but you did need to catch someone in the office.
It's not a hotel but rooms above a cafe and a convenience store. Steep steps up to the rooms. They do not provide airport transfers but advise where to book this (it's close by). The bed, while large, is very, very firm (think slab). Shower warmth was hit and miss. It was also very noisy at night which was a drawback of the location.
