Great location. Close to the beach. Right at the center of the old town. Lots of good cafes. Surprisingly quiet. Reasonably priced.
No one at the reception most of the time. Shower drain is very slow. Wardrobe looks like it might collapse soon. A few nails should fix the issue. The towels are rough.

The location was excellent, right on the best street. So quick to get to the steps down to the ferry. Great soundproofing kept the noise of the busy street below to a minimum. The room was spacious and kept cool, despite the current heat wave conditions.
Just a brief problem having no hot water for a short time, but the staff sorted. I think a bit of strengthening should be done to the wardrobe and the two sidetables.

Very central location if you are in Sorrento for a short period of time, easy to access train station and ferry port. Staff very friendly and responsive communicators.
A bit run down but comfortable, shower door broken in my room.
