The location is excellent. Its one minute off the canal but super quiet

Location is outstanding. 2 minute walk to vaporetti docks and San Marco square as well as water taxi to airport. While central to all the action the hotel is on a small square that remained remarkably quiet day and night. Hotel is well appointed with modern rooms and furnishing that are well maintained. Daily breakfast was outstanding as were staff who arranged airport water taxi and even escorted us to taxi to ensure all went well.
Small hotel associated with nearby property so front desk not always staffed but readily available with phone call. Front door locked at times requiring you to be buzzed in. Only an issue upon first arrival when you are not quite sure of the procedure . Not really a problem but be advised.
