Location was good. Room was quiet and easy to access and the air conditioning worked very well. The staff were pleasant and helpful also.
The room was very small and had no views. The shower was small and would be pretty tight for many adults...

We liked how easy it was to navigate things. The receptionist was really knowledgeable and gave us lots of tips. The location was perfect and the balcony had the best view.
Some noticeable wear and tear that could use a bit of TLC.

The location was absolutely brilliant. You are a short walk from St Marks Square and all the attractions. The water taxi and ferry stop is on your door step. A really great way to see the city right there in front of you
The room was very basic for the price we paid. Check in was on the first floor and there was no lift so we had to carry our bags up a flight of stairs to check in. Breakfast was not included and because you are in the main tourist area, all the prices for food and drinks was inflated.
