The location was great. Close to the beach and shops.
The free minibar in the room was also great.
The swimming pool only had a few beds round it. There were chairs but these were more like chairs you would sit at whilst having a coffee at Starbucks or Costa.
There was no shower curtain so the water from the shower went all over the bathroom and collected in a puddle in the walk area of the bathroom.
The air conditioning was exceptionally loud, with screeching noises coming from the vents.
The patio door lock was broken and would only lock if you fiddled with the latch, had the knack by the end of the week!!!

The property was very close to the beach and only a 20 minute walk to the old town. The bed was comfortable and the hotel was quiet at night. You also get a free mini bar in the room which gets refilled daily ; two local beers, two Pepsi, two soda waters and two sprite!
The pool was great, you can bring drinks from the inside bar to the pool and they provided pool floaties, but if you wanted a bed you had to be there just before 09:00, if you go around 9:30/10 there are no spots left!
The air conditioning was a little poor in the room but it wasn’t impossible to sleep in, just a bit hot.
The breakfast was very greasy and the quality of the food wasn’t great.

The location is excellent — super central, less than a 10-minute walk from the Old Town, and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and shops. The people at reception were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Despite the central location, the hotel was also very quiet, which was a real plus.
The beds were extremely comfortable, with effective blackout curtains and good air conditioning, so we slept really well. I also really enjoyed the swimming pool, with plenty of towels provided, as well as having access to the gym.
The bathroom didn’t have a shower curtain or screen, which meant the floor got quite wet and messy after every shower. I’m not sure whether this is common locally, but we found it a little impractical.
The room was also on the small side, with limited space to move around comfortably.
The breakfast buffet looked very appealing and offered a good selection, but unfortunately we were disappointed by the quality of the food itself.

The hotel was right in the heart of the city, within walking distance to everywhere, and located on a nice street. Overall, since we didn’t spend much time at the hotel, we had no major complaints, but there weren’t even any slippers in the room. We noticed that there were slippers on the housekeeping carts when we were leaving for checkout, so apparently, they did have them — they just weren’t placed in our room. Also, there was no phone in the room, which meant we had to go down to the reception if we needed anything — I find that quite inconvenient during a vacation. There was coffee and tea in the room, but no water; I think at least one bottle of water could have been provided. Breakfast was sufficient — the buffet could have been better, but it was enough to feel full. The staff were friendly and welcoming.
