We were attending Brighton pride at Preston park so location was perfect. Also had parking included and breakfast. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Furniture in the bar was comfortable.
Water pressure was poor so shower pressure was poor. It’s an old building so needs a lot of updating. Needs more attention to detail for cleanliness. Most of the sinks and toilets had bad limescale. Flooring in the public toilets needs a good scrub especially along the walls and in corners. For the weekend it was too expensive for the quality.
