Beautiful location and very friendly and helpful staff. Everything you would need in the room and it was very clean. A short stroll away from the Kennett and Avon canal which took you into the heart of Bath. A very nice walk. Beautiful garden by the Avon with a working mill wheel.
Rooms a bit too warm and the breakfast was a bit limited, choice of 3 cereals for example but good quality and plenty of it.
