Locatrion is good being near the tube station. There is a buffe breakfast with plenty of choice. There is a lift, the rooms are clean and well decorated, bed was confortable.
Dated and a biy tired. Our second floor bedroom window was single glazed and didn't have a restrictor. There is some parking on site but very limited. The area has parking restrictions.

What I liked most about the property was the location and cleanliness.
I didn’t like that on Sunday morning the cleaning staff had a meeting in an empty room next to mine and were very loud. The walls are thin, so I could hear everything. There was also an old connecting door between my room and that room, which looked more like a wardrobe door. I found this very strange, although thankfully it was locked from both sides, so no one could enter.
Also, the young receptionist was unfriendly.
The main entrance door was very heavy and difficult to push open while carrying heavy suitcases.

The lady on reception was efficient.
Very basic hotel that is looking extremely tired. Upon arrival water was dripping from the ceiling in reception into buckets and on to towels. Nothing was mentioned and it was not a good impression. We were also woken by room service just after 9.00am who were checking to see if they could make up the room. Not ideal.
