Great location close to the Royal Albert Hall and the 'Big' London museums. Ideally located for Harrods and Sloan square. Easy access by tube. Great staff - very helpful.
Breakfast could have been better. Felt rushed and they ran out of some things. Not enough supplies (especially milk) on the tea tray. Some housekeeping problems, lightbulb blown, kettle leaked, tv remote not working but when notified they were actioned

Location
Personally would not stay again. Early check in didn’t mean we had a room, was forced to pay extra of a cot when my son didn’t use it, air conditioning (which was a perk I looked forward to hearing about how uncommon) didn’t feel it, was treated differently because we weren’t wealthy. Chose for location but didn’t enjoy the stay. Breakfast was so bland
