We had been planning this trip for several months and were advised by my sister, in no uncertain terms, that The Kensington should be our only and best choice. Her took her advice and could not have been happier. From our reception at the front desk, to our room, to the staff who looked out for our every need during our four day stay in London. Beyond just the hotel, the location was conveniently close to “the tube” station. Travel to the extraordinary museums, from the British Museum to the Maritime Museum in Greenwich was very easy. Our thanks to the Kensington Hotel and its excellent staff

This hotel is lovely. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was very well appointed. The bed and linens were really wonderful. Enjoyed our stay here very much.

Odd too hotel. I had to ask for the coffee service to be refreshed completely. My friend had a suite and had to request the empty bottles be cleared three times. These are privileged people’s issues but it was an expensive hotel. Food was great. Location was fantastic for Kensington area.
