This hotel is like stepping back in time, to a London of another era - in a positive sense. The staff are courteous and friendly, the breakfasts is excellent. Overall, a good experience.
Stairs at the front not ideal for someone with mobility issues.

The location is superb in a quiet street near Gloucester Road Tube. Very close to the Royal Albert Hall. The staff were very courteous and professional also. We booked a deluxe room - fabulously high ceilings and at the front of the property. Couldn't fault it. Would recommend this hotel and will book again in the future.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating the staff found us a new room and were very good.
We originally got a room that was the size of a shoe box, touched the furniture moving round the bed.
The rooms were dated and a bit tatty but it was clean.
