This was the best room for the least money I have ever spent in London. The location is perfect. Near everything I needed and easy to reach, with tube station close by. Wonderful staff who were friendly, competent, helpful and accommodating. Lovely, relaxed lounge. Even a red mailbox for personal thank you notes at the entrance! Best value for money in London.

I had a very pleasant stay at the Ashburn Hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive and genuinely helpful, always making an effort to accommodate guests’ individual wishes.
The hotel itself is a beautiful, charming property with a lot of character. My room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. Although the hotel is located on a busy main road, the room was surprisingly quiet, which I really appreciated.
The location is excellent – very convenient for public transport and a great base for exploring London. There are also plenty of shops, cafés and restaurants nearby.
Overall, I felt very well looked after and would happily stay at the Ashburn again. Highly recommended.

Personel bardzo życzliwy.
Blisko przystanek autobusowy i stacja metra.
Zbyt ciemny pokój, bo jeśli jest w suterenie to powinien mieć bardzo dobre oświetlenie.

Fire alarm on first night of stay meant we were all out of our rooms for 45 mins at 2am. Letter in room next morning saying £50 refund as goodwill gesture but despite comms with booking.com and hotel direct, no refund arrived even 6 weeks later
