The location was really good with 2 train stations 7 min away by foot and mant bus stations near by which made traveling around london easy. There is 24 hour doorman which made us feel safe as well as helpful in case of urgent issue. They had room service which cleaned the apartmant daily and provided fresh towels and turned down the beds. The kitchen was well equipt and alowed us to make and eat some great family dinners. Including a dishwasher, washing machine and drier, full size fridge, and everything needed. The leaving room was a bit small, especially since we used the sofa as open bed for our son, but still pleseant. The bed room was nice with full size closet. There is an elevatore in the building and pleanty of parking in the street. Also 2 supermarkets at a 5 min walikg distance.
The apartment felt a bit smaller than we expected looking at the pictures on booking. We stayed for 8 nights and could have really used an apartment a bit more spaceouse. The bathroom and combined shower was alao a bit tight. We had some nights that we came in late and had no will to cook and though there is starbucks and macdonalds and such about 7-10 min away by foot, we really wanted a good meal and restaurant but for those we had to travel by train or bus.

From the warm welcome to our departure, our stay at City Prime Kensington was a fantastic experience. Reyad, Karim and the other members of the team ensured that our stay was a positively memorable one. The facilities were top notch, the location very central and peaceful - a short walk from a number of underground stations, bus stops, convenience stores, restaurants and café’s. Cleaning was done every other day, which was great. I look forward to staying here again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting London!

While the frequency of cleaning was good, I would say that perhaps the cleaners could be a bit more detailed.

Good location .reception staffed 24/7. Decent size kitchen/living area.toaster was faulty and kept tripping the electrics but the staff promptly exchanged the toaster for us. Staff were courteous.
We could not check in until 4.30pm when it was listed as check in from 3pm. Apparently the previous quests had checked out late. There was no offer of any compensation. Bedroom space very tight.
