It was very clean and comfortable. The rooms are nice.
I didn’t know I would have to carry my suitcase up very steep stairs. I thought because there were lifts the rooms would be accessible. It would help to know that or if reception checked if you can manage.

Location near to tube station
Coffee from machine was available complimentary in the evenings.
The free coffee was not available on 2nd evening as there were no more paper cups!

Loved the hotel. It was so clean, had the nicest staff and was brilliant value for money. The location was great and it totally exceeded expectations.

The hotel is well located (fairly close to Gloucester underground station) and the staff is very nice.
The Wi-Fi is terrible (unstable and slow), the room is too little for 2 people and the facilities are not that clean. The sheets were torn and some days the room was not properly organised (bedding lefton the floor).
