Great location so close to the Earl’s Court Underground. Very small room but it was clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast and helpful staff. We’ve stayed here before and we will stay here again on our next visit to London

Limited breakfast options and mini everything (elevator, room, bathroom) but typically as per London standards.

After my train was cancelled, I booked a room at the hotel as a last minute stopover. I’d stayed there before and was very happy that they had an available room. I received email confirmation of the booking and headed to the hotel.
On arrival at the hotel, a member of the team told me that they didn’t have a room for me. This may have been miscommunication on their part but I’m very disappointed. To be honest it’s the last time l’ll be booking with them.
