The hotel is conveniently located, a short walk from the metro and on the direct line from heathrow

By London standards this was a spacious room, very clean and comfortable, close to Earls Court Station and walking distance to Museum of Natural History and V & A museum. Very comfy stay, nice simple and well-priced breakfast in the Malaysian restaurant downstairs.
Would prefer not to have to step into a bath tub to shower.

Location was perfect
We’d requested a quiet room and they put us in a room directly over the hooka bar. At first they wouldn’t change it but then found another smaller room. The room was really old and had stains on the carpet.
