Very convenient location arriving from the M4. Staff were friendly, check in and out was efficient. Rooms were quiet and dark and beds were comfy.
The bathrooms are dated, looks like it was a travelodge or premier inn before and they left the old bathrooms rather than updating them.

Very good value for London accommodation and a pleasant place to stay for work travel. Washer/dryer in room is excellent amenity.

Heman and the team were exceptional from even before our stay began. We were in London for my wife's birthday and I had requested some sort of special event option for our booking, and told them it was my wife's Birthday. I then received a call from Heman, he operations manager, who was making arrangements for the special surprise and provided a bottle of sparking wine, a tote bag AND a very personalise note to my wife, celebrating her Birthday. When we got to the room, it was beautiful and perfect, and my wife was over the moon.
It makes such a difference when places offer this personal touch and go above and beyond, so on behalf of my wife and I, thank you so much for everything, it made us smile and feel so welcome.
The room was perfect, the bed comfortable, the bathroom and shower were lovely and the location was ideal (A 5 min walk to Earls Court tube station) and we will definitely be staying again next time we are having a trip to London!

The decor and location was great
There was a wedding reception taking place, I was not informed of a private event taking place the night I had booked for so the bar and outdoor space was off limits to guests. For the price of 1 nights stay, I would expect to be able to use the facilities and experience the hospitality the hotel had to offer.
I was told we could still use the restaurant but this was not an option as the wedding was spilling into the reception area just outside the restaurant and the guests were incredibly loud, not exactly an environment to enjoy. Also the wedding guests were ridiculously loud, to the point they were all standing out the front of the hotel smoking and drinking, some even blocked mine and my guests access to the front door in purpose, clearly incredibly intoxicated.
I would have liked to have been notified that a private function was taking place that evening that would mean I wasn’t able to enjoy the bar, restaurant and gardens, I would not have booked if I knew this. Felt like a waste of money for just the room.
