We had a wonderful stay! The location was excellent, with a train station, restaurants, and a beautiful park all nearby. It was very convenient and made our stay in London comfortable and enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again!
The only thing I would suggest improving is the bathroom design. When taking a shower, the water tends to splash everywhere and the entire bathroom floor gets very wet. It would be great if this could be improved.

Location was perfect. Just 50 seconds away from the bayswater station. Kids loved it after a long day.
Room was comfortable.
Free coffee, water, tea and the cookies were nice to have.
Close to Hyde Park.
Breakfast was not included however last morning we tried it. Nearby restaurants served better alternatives for the value.
Bathroom was not user-friendly. But it was big enough.
Hot water had some interruptions.
