The location is amazing. We were able to walk across to Kensington Gardens and also enter Paddington for meals. Such a beautiful area. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
It is older hotel bathroom pretty original but still quaint.

From the start of our visit, staff were very helpful, welcoming and friendly. Hotel is roomy, comfortable, and breakfast was delicious and varied.

Great location to bus, underground train, lots of cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Access to parks and some major attractions.
The first room we had- 318 was only fit for children, 3 single beds- we had a party of 1 couple and 1 single person. The carpet had come unglued from the floor surface so was very wrinkled and a real trip hazard. There was no room for us to move around in the room, and no where to put 3 suitcases. Spent 4 nights in this room
The second room on our return we spent 2 nights and they gave us Room 225, and it was perfect for us. 2 Queen size beds - wooden floor- so no trip hazard and a lovely lounge to be able to use for conversations and watching television if we chose to. We really enjoyed this space. Thank you.
