A very good location. Clean and comfortable room and bathroom.Obliging staff. Good breaskfast( paid extra for it.0

Only the steps outside- and I don't expect you can do anything about that.

It was the second time we visited the Ibis Styles Hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is basic, but it has everything you need. Rooms are clean and average size.

The bread and pastries at breakfast were very underbaked. The room is basic, it has everything you need for just sleeping and washing up. I would prefer the showerstall to be more closed off, because now, the whole bathroom was wet after showering...

Above all, staff were exceptional. Location was spot on. Property was clean, fresh, modern and user friendly.

I loved the property. If I had to choose one thing, it’d probably be the absence of an English breakfast. Saying that, the continental breakfast was lovely!

Gloucester Road station was closed for works, so we had to walk 20 min to the next underground station.

Very quiet, modern, no smoking people under my window. The water kettle to make tea with complementery water (only for the first evening)

Good location

Rooms were expensive but very small and could hear guests in the surrounding rooms. Breakfast limited. Beds became uncomfortable towards end of 6 night stay.

Hotel was clean. Beds were comfortable and had a good night's sleep.

Smallest room I've ever stayed in. Breakfast was a big disappointment. I really don't understand why a hotel in the heart of the capital of the country, attracting guests from all over the world, would then choose to only offer a continental style breakfast, instead of (or as well as...) a Full English. I chose this hotel from a shortlist of 3. The other 2 were ruled out as they specifically stated continental breakfast. This one made no mention of this, instead describing the breakfast as "good". This gave me the impression that something more was on offer here. Unfortunately this was not the case.

The girls at the reception tried to be helpful but they kept messing things up - instead of individually charging for room, they charged each of us together & there too substantial "over charging"

There was No Wardrobe, not sufficient lighting even. No place to keep my 1 standard size suitcase even. No intercom in the room.

Very good

Location, friendly staff, and spacious and clean room. Good value for money and a really great place to stay.

We have stayed before and found it quiet and comfortable but disappointing that we heard lots of noise from room above us and wondered if soundproofing between rooms isn't as good as it might be.
