- Good facilities in the apartment
- Easy to walk to Paddington or Edgware Rd stations
- Friendly staff

- The double bed was divided into two singles at our request (mother-daughter trip); however, the single mattresses slide around a bit on the divans and so didn't feel as stable as the original double bed. We recommend sticking with the double bed if you can.
- Only one dishwasher tablet and no dishcloth provided, just one tea towel. It made cleaning up after meals a bit tricky. Also, only two coffee capsules for a 3-day stay. We could have asked for more, but it would have cost (based on our experience at the Wilde Aparthotel in Berlin), so we recommend bringing these few little basics with you.
- A bit noisy at night when the neighbours' doors open and close.
- Would have liked an internal lock or chain on the door for additional security rather than just the magnetic card entrance.

The room has everything you could possibly want, with very modern facilities, including an umbrella if you needed it, which made our stay very comfortable and pleasant.

Staff was helpful with manual checkin and luggage. The little kitchen area with the electric stove and fridge are very good and functional.
There was a false fire alarm triggered during one of our stay and no announcement or clarification. The check-in kiosk could not locate our reservation (3 separate rooms) and the staff had to search it up on his device. Lack of instructions on using the self checkin process. My kids and I were not put on the same floor even though I had requested in advance to have 2 rooms close by. The sofa bed was not setup, I had to set it up myself. There were no extra linens in the room and I had to request to get pillow and linens for a 3rd person setup in the room even though we had paid extra already. The sink is very shallow and narrow; therefore, every time you wash something, water splashes out and wet the counter. No cloth or paper towel supplied to soak up the area.
