This was a beautiful hotel! We needed a place to stay for a night when our flight was canceled. We felt so lucky to have found this gem. On top of being so cute, the bed was comfortable, the room was so beautifully decorated, and the staff was kinda and attentive. Also an ideal location, beautiful neighborhood, and many restaurants on the same street.
The room was a bit warm, and the water would not cool down. But we let the staff know and they were looking into it, so it's likely already resolved! It was a bit far from the tube (~15 min walk to Gloucester Road) but manageable!
