Great staff, helpful. Wonderful ornate building. Good security at night which is important. TIP: forget about the pub over the road. It was like a Star Wars canteen.

The staff were kind, efficient, knowledgeable and helpful.
It is a beautiful part of London. We loved our Cozy Couple room, Sloane Place was a delightful stay, would stay again.

I was in a cozy double and found it very clean and tidy. The bed was really comfortable. It is in a good location, and the front desk staff were helpful with directions.
