Comfy beds. Nice decor. Friendly staff. Helpful staff. Hotel in a great location close to Marble Arch and Oxford Street
Sadly the lift was not working and we were placed on the 4th floor

Great location for Oxford Street and Mayfair. Extremely close to Marble Arch
The room was looking a bit tired.
Whilst I was staying (3 nights) the lift was out of service. These things happen but I had to carry an extremely heavy suitcase up to the fourth floor upon arrival and it got rather grating, traipsing up and down the stairs for 3 days.
