As advertised, and pretty good at the price. Good location, good bed and shower, well soundproofed (which is important in busy city centre locations).
Pleased to say, nothing wrong/bad to rerport - expect nothing beyond what's advertised, you get what you see, but in this case, at this price, that's fine.

Paddington - Elisabeth line is so convenient to travel through the city and the hotel is 5 minutes from there , very welcoming team and high quality facility

The staff were excellent, even when dealing with diffcult guests. The breakfast was decent. They had a safe and a nice size closet to put suitcases and hang clothes.
Location was excellent for catching the tube/trains/buses, walkable to Hyde Park and other sites like the V&A museum.
Poor signage for where the rooms are - lots of rooms were on different levels, for example room 207 were on the 4th floor, very confusing.
The carpets on the stairs and in the rooms were old and worn, no mattress pad on the mattress, light fixtures were crooked on the walls and difficult to figure out how to turn on & off.
The elevator was broken during the stay, lucky that we are able to carry our suitcases up to the 4th level.
