The rooms are spacious and well-equiped.
Lifts are limited comparing to number of rooms and guests.

The breakfast was very nice because they had a lot of variety to cater for everyone.
The location was also very good being in an upscale part of London.
The rooms should be sound proofed to avoid people walking past the corridor at early hours of the morning may be to check out and catch their flights from disturbing guests who are still sleeping.

Excellent location with tube and bus close at hand
Having the Tesco store close by was very handy
My shower’s seal was poor and so water leaked out into the bathroom floor

Location
They only had one lift working for 10 floors all week and were not able to get it fixed. Had to walk up 8 floors! This was unacceptable and many guests were complaining!
