Location perfect. Right beside Gloucester Toad Tube. Bars restaurants museums all walking distance. Lovely area.

Location and staff
The Gym is so limited . Such hotels should have better Gym that can suite the minimum requirements. I hope the hotel can improve their Gym facilities

Upgraded to Suite and was surprised by the size of the suite.
Room did require modernising. Air con had to be switched of because it was faulty and noisey.
Car park is very costly and not easy to pay on line. No card machine to pay in car park.

No breakfast
The bathrooms and you should clean the windows and housecleaning should be more professional in cleaning and arranging the rooms
