Love the location. Train just over the road great for getting access to Heathrow. Lots of eating places. Traffic had become busier over the years I’ve stayed here.
Only one bedside table in deluxe double room.

The breakfast is always good with a variety of options to suit all tastes. It can be a bit chaotic at peak times, but that's just the way it goes so no complaints. The staff always deal with any unforseen complication with a smile. The location is second to none and the rooms are always clean and reasonably well appointed for a central London hotel. But it's the staff that make this place a joy to stay in!

That it was clean and in a good location. The staff were very polite, pleasant and helpful and the breakfast and restaurant was nice and well managed
The room was described as a cosy small double room but I didn’t realise the bed would be so small which we found very off putting and spoilt our stay
