They did not produce the invoice not did they bother. They just said speak to booking.com which is really bad customer service as they where not that busy.

Fabulous.

Excellent in terms of friendly, attentive staff. Room was well equipped and clean. Conveniently located and the restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel is a great asset.

Amazing hotel and location!

The location is amazing and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and clean. Highly recommended!

The room heater could be improved, other than that, the stay was perfect!

It was OK for 1 person and for 1 night stay

Location - is excellent, right in front of the Gloucester Road Station. Proximity to the event venue which was at the Millennium Hotel is ideal especially on rainy/cold days and nights

Room - is small, the basin is too small and so low that I had to stoop in brushing my teeth

Not So good.

Breakfast, location and interior design.

Rooms are too small, beds are very uncomfortable. Air conditioners are broken, it was working 5 minutes very well after that it blows cold again.

An nice hotel with potential to be much greater !

Shower and bath comfortable and effective. The common areas in the hotel are well maintained and look good. The staff are always caring and responsive to customer requests.

Rooms are very dusty. Bed and mattress terribly uneven and uncomfortable. House keeping does not vacuum or take dust out of the room. The staff are caring and respectful, unfortunately there is a serious absence of standards in the housekeeping and the condition of the bedding. There is no business room or spare PC for customers to use, for those of us without laptops.

I would recommend the hotel to anyone who wants , the museum’s and who was to travel around London.

The location was fantastic, everything was on the doorstep.

The noise from sirens, however it was to be expected because it’s central London

My favorite location in London and I'll definitely stay there again.

Location right by the Tube; "Cozy Double Room" was just the right size and the shower was great!

One concierge was dismissive when I asked about how the hotel phone worked and the sudden loss of WiFi service on day 3.

never again

it was my 2nd and last time at this hotel. I came because I was very satisfied at first, but this time our shopping bag was lost in the room, we contacted the hotel management. They looked at the cameras and said that the cleaner took it for garbage. there was so many new things was inside. its insane.

Always a great place to stat, and great location for access to the city and airport tube lines.

Great hotel, comfy beds. I have stayed many times and it always meets my expectations. Always very helpful staff.

No after hours meals easily available for overseas customers unused to using Uber Eats apps.

Apart from the room being too warm, everything else was very good.

Clean and a good size.

Too hot. The air conditioning either wasn't on or wasn't working. Opening a window in London is not really an option if you want to sleep.

We loved Magic our Concierge...he was magic

The Hotel staff was excellent..we especially liked our concierge Magic and Gary..they answered all our questions and helped us organize our tour...rooms were spacious and comfortable ..did not have breakfast..

We had to wait a long time for our room but we knew this could happen
