Location and lounge with self service coffee
It should be called apartment rather than hotel as the room was not cleaned nor beds changed while we stayed. Also the fact that it does not have breakfast inside the facilities is another limitation

The apartment was clean and comfortable and quiet. The was a 24 hour reception which as a lone female traveller was a huge bonus. The reception staff were excellent, polite, warm and very helpful. The reception area itself is lovely to step into with complementary tea and coffee on hand. I travel a lot for work and was very pleasantly surprised with this venue. Another plus is that it is pet friendly. I would certainly stay again and recommend it to others

Quiet room at the back of the hotel. The location , the room size. Washing machine facilities. Coffee machine in foyer.
There was a problem with the hot water , as in we had none for 24 hours the young staff in reception really were out of their depth dealing with guests, a senior staff member eventually offered to relocate us if the problem wasn’t resolved. Fortunately it was , relief for us as we had many things planned around the area and moving would have been an inconvenience for us in many ways.
