Great location - close to Paddington station. Our room was large and the bed very comfortable. We ate at the restaurant in the hotel which was very good.

Location is amazing , good noise and vibration insulation being next to busy rail way .. not felt at all
Easy check in & out.
Cenrral air blower without air conditioning and not suitable for our comfort temperature in August, limited access guest number for the pool by booking, drinking water refilling from central water fountain across floor alleyway.
Still Under major renovation.

Great location.
Drilling and maintenance going on after check-in.
No water in the room, just a bottle you have to fill up.
All of which would have been fine in a budget hotel but at £415 a night, it was a bit disappointing.
