Very spacious and very clean room. We stayed comfortably including two kids. This is located in a very convenient location and can easily travel anywhere in London city. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Worth it every penny we paid. Highly Recommend for anyone who looking for a stay in London. Specially for family, this is an amazing place. You can find all the great restaurants close by and walking distance to Baker Street station.

the location and the accessibility
the shower curtain was very dirty and it was a shame we couldn’t drink the tap water

Convenient location, the bed was comfortable.
The windows didn’t open & there was no air con so the room was uncomfortably hot.
My room was at the front & there was also some traffic noise from the street at the front.
