Location was very good and staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were basic but very comfortable and clean.
Breakfast was great, freshly cooked and great value. Cook was delightful xx
Bedside tables would be helpful on both sides of the beds. TV reception was very poor and we were unable to get most channels.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for us, a short walk from Victoria station. Quiet for its location. Some good cafes nearby. Quite a few stairs to get up to our room but we didn't mind that. Might seem expensive but felt it was reasonable compared to some..
The shower was poor and quite tight for space. The room was nothing special but had basic requirements although one of the bedside tables was missing/broken off from the wall.

good location, close to victoria station and Eccleston yards. And the street was quiet.
The blinds are so far away from the windows as to render them useless. you have to bring an eyemask if you want any chance of sleeping. Also we were at the front, above the front door, which slams shut everytime someone comes in or out. No sleep.
