Good location, close to shops, restaurants and stations.
Lovely, quiet room. Nice decor.
I liked the indoor courtyard area, and the water station.
Would be nice to have a roll of paper towels in the kitchen.
A slightly later check-out would be better, maybe 11:00.

The absolute only thing that could be better was that the room/apartment was in the basement. But it meant it was very quiet which is good.

It had quite a lot of space for the price paid with separate living area to bedrooms allowing me to do some work in the evenings.
I’m tall - 197cm and the room we had, the ceilings were only 3-4cm above my head. I couldn’t stand in shower fully. My wife and kids didn’t mind the low ceilings but I hated it. We were mostly there in the evenings to sleep and only for 2 nights so could manage.
